Swain's Spot: ...And This Christmas

...And this Christmas will be...a great day for an update. Hi Guys! It's been a while since I updated my blog. Finishing my first semester of grad school took priority. After 2 consecutive sleepless nights, hand cramps, and mild writer's block, I was blessed to finish all my final exams and sucessfully begin my quest to graduate with a 4.0. I took 12 credits of grad level courses this semester and received straight As! To God be the glory because I couldn't have done it without Him:) Not to mention, I had some great teachers: Dr. K. Dawson (Internet in K-12); Dr. Danling Fu (Family, Literacy & Culture); Dr. Kerry McArthur (Classroom Literacy & Assessment); and Dr. Andrew Grunzke (Role of Schools in a Democracy). One semester down, two more to go.

Oh yeah, congratulations to all the Fall 2008 graduates...especially my Rattlers & Gators. Special shout outs to:
